About the Coach

Since childhood, Vicki has

loved “making things”

and “helping people.” She

is a creativity, stress

management and wellness

coach, artist, occupational

therapist, and spiritual

seeker. Her art-work is

centered primarily in

textiles and beads. Vicki’s art-work has been exhibited in such noteworthy shows as Bead International, Small Expressions, and Fiber Celebration.

Vicki is a Creativity Coach, having studied with Eric Maisel, a renowned author and instructor in creativity. Vicki is a certified Wellness Coach, having completed the Wellcoaches training, the gold standard program for teaching health professionals to become wellness coaches. Vicki is also a Licensed HeartMath® 1:1 Provider, trained in the HeartMath® highly effective process for stress management. Coaching has shown Vicki powerful methods to make changes in her own life, as well as help others to identify and reach their goals.

As an occupational therapist (OT), Vicki is a licensed medical rehab professional who helps people learn new ways or adaptations to perform their daily activities. OT training taught her to pay special attention to the activities that are most meaningful to her clients. This approach applies directly to coaching.

Vicki has training in pastoral counseling (Masters in Pastoral Studies), which taught her ways to reflect on and integrate spirituality with life events. Her own spiritual pantheon is diverse, with elements of Feminine Spirituality, Buddhism, Christianity and Shamanism. Vicki is especially influenced by spending time interacting with nature. Additionally, she is trained as a Level III Reiki Practitioner, and is a practitioner of CFQ Qi Gong.

The breadth and depth of Vicki’s background in art, spirituality, health sciences, healing arts and coaching provides a rich matrix for personal growth and professional development to her coaching clients.
